I. MIESTO
LEN MICHAL FAJT
Páni, už je to dlho, čo som videl fotografiu, ktorá ma absolútne pobaví a rozosmeje. Myslím, že je to neuveriteľné, páči sa mi to, je to také originálne a vynaliezavé a vzrušujúce a všetko je to o líniách, tvaroch a textúrach a je to fotografia Bryana Petersona – teda bol by som rád, keby bola moja, ale nie je! Je to fotografia Michala – gratulujem k tomu, že si sa stal víťazom hlavnej ceny našej fotografickej súťaže tento mesiac! Je to tak, toto je prvá cena, super práca, naozaj naozaj pekná, je to tak veľká zábava, skvelá práca!
Wow it’s been a long time since I have seen a photograph that just absolutely makes me smile and laugh, I mean this is incredible, I love it, it’s so original and inventive and exciting and it’s all about line and shape and textures and it’s a Bryan Peterson photo – I wish it was mine, but it’s not! But it is Len Michael’s – congratulations for being the grand prize winner of this month’s photo contest! That’s right, you are first prize, super job, really really nice, this is so much fun, great job again!

II. MIESTO
TOMÁŠ FELLER
Ďalej na druhé miesto – na druhom mieste je nádherné podsvietené zlaté ráno od Tomáša Fellera! Toto je opäť ohromujúci obraz svetla, tieňa, textúry, farby … milujte tu tiene, to je úžasné! Pozri sa na to, môj bože, tieto tiene sú ako dokonalé! Duplikujú sa na povrchu svahu, po ktorom bežia kone. Mám na mysli, že toto je len jeden z tých skvelých záberov, pri ktorých sa ocitnete v správnom čase na správnom mieste, už k tomu nemáte čo povedať, vy zvládol to nádherne, proste rozprávkové, čo na to povedať! O jednu vec sa s vami podelím – možno budete chcieť zvážiť v príspevku … tu dole … zvýraznenie zvýrazníte, áno, veľa sa toho neurobilo, skúste to so surovým súborom a uvidíte, či to môžete vyčistiť. trochu hore, ale stále mi to nič neuberá, je to rozprávková práca, Tomáš, naozaj veľmi pekný, zaslúži si druhé miesto absolútne pozitívne!
Onward to second place – second place is the beautiful backlit golden light of morning by Thomas Feller! This is stunning image again of light, shadow, texture, color… love the shadows here, this is amazing! Look at that, my god these shadows are like perfect! They’re duplicating on the surface of the hillside that the horses are running across, I mean wow this is just one of those great grab shots that you find yourself in at the right place the right time, nothing more to say about it, you handled it beautifully, just fabulous, what can I say! One thing I will just share with you – you may want to consider in post… down here… take the highlights down, yeah it didn’t do much, try it with a raw file, see if you can clean that up a little bit but it still doesn’t take anything away, it’s a fabulous job, Thomas, really really nice, well deserving of second place absolutely positively!

BARBORA BLAHOVÁ
Hneď tu je tretie miesto – ohromujúci obraz zátišia, niet čo vytknúť, je to monochromatický obraz s veľmi úžasným a vítaným splash zelenej a žltej farby oproti inak monochromatickej sivej čiernej a bielej farbe, milujem ju, úplne milujem, Barbora, čo na to povedať, si úžasná, dostaneš tretiu cenu!
Right here is third place – stunning image of a still life, nothing to complain about, it’s a monochromatic image with a very wonderful and welcome splash of color green and yellow against an otherwise monochromatic gray black and white, I love it, absolutely love it, Barbora, what can I say, you’re awesome, you get third price!

HONORABLE MENTION – ČESTNÉ UZNANIE
JANA HALÚZOVÁ
Jana, už to máš, báječné! Čo chýba k získaniu prvej ceny – v tomto okne potrebuješ nahý akt, dobre, takže nabudúce si niekoho zožeň alebo si urob selfie (haha, len si robím srandu!), aj tak sa mi to páči, je to skvelý záber, pekná grafika, čisté zloženie, klasické využitie pravidla tretín, skvelé svetlo, to je, to je, je to nečakaná fotografia, je to veľmi pekné!
Jana, there you go, fabulous! What’s missing to make it first prize – you need a nude in the window right here okay so next time get a nude or go do a selfie (haha, just kidding!) anyway, I love it, it’s a great picture just a nice graphic clean composition, classic utilization of the suggestion of thirds, great light, it’s, it’s, it’s an unexpected photo, it’s very nice!

ÉVI FERENCZI
A Évi, tvoja fotka – dostala si sem niečo ako kyborga, pár kyborgových nôh, toto sa mi páči! Vyzerá to ako keby to boli natiahnuté dierované pančušky a toto tu je niečo ako podväzok, to je brilantné! Krásna čierna a biela – opäť ďalší skvelý záber iba na pozornosť toho, čo sa deje so svetlom, poviem vám, nie je to veľmi lichotivá fotografia osoby, uh, možno ste to vy alebo váš priateľ, ja nie viem, ale hovorím – nie veľmi lichotivé, myslím – môj bože, pozri na šírku týchto stehien, myslím – proste pokračujú navždy, keď v skutočnosti viem, že nie, je to ilúzia, dobre, nechcem, aby si na chvíľu si pomysli, že si myslím, že sa tu pozerám na obra, je to ilúzia spôsobená spôsobom, akým sa tieto línie formujú a tiahnu dole! Je to rozprávkové, úplne to milujem, tak dobre – čestné uznanie pre vás!

Beautiful black and white – again, another great shot of just paying attention to what’s going on with the light, I will tell you, it’s not a very flattering photograph of the person, uh, maybe it’s yourself or a friend, I don’t know but I say – not very flattering I mean – my god look at the width of these thighs I mean – they just go on forever when in fact I know they don’t, it’s an illusion, okay I don’t want you to think for a moment that I’m thinking I’m looking at a giant here, it’s an illusion caused by the way that these lines are formed and stretching down! It’s fabulous, I absolutely love it, so good – honorable mention for you!
