S ťažkým srdcom oznamujeme, že odišiel Bryan Peterson, muž, ktorého objektív nielen zachytával svet – ale pomohol miliónom ľudí vidieť tento svet v novom svetle.
Bryan zomrel 5. apríla 2025 v kruhu svojich najbližších. Zanechal po sebe odkaz, ktorý bude naďalej inšpirovať generácie fotografov, umelcov a snílkov.
Bryan, svetoznámy fotograf, bol oslavovaný pre svoju živú, expresívnu tvorbu a neobyčajnú schopnosť premeniť obyčajné veci na neobyčajné. Ako autor bestselleru Naučte se exponovat kreativně a mnohých ďalších kníh o fotografii vzdelával a inšpiroval čitateľov po celom svete. Okrem profesionálnych úspechov bol Bryan oddaným otcom, verným priateľom a ceneným obchodným partnerom. Jeho humor, srdečnosť a nezameniteľná energia rozžiarili každú miestnosť – a každý rozhovor.
Bryan žil život cez prizmu zvedavosti, tvorivosti a súcitu. Jeho prítomnosť bola darom a jeho neprítomnosť budeme dlho a bolestne pociťovať.
Zostal po ňom syn Justin a dve dcéry Sophie a Chloe.

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Bryan Peterson, a man whose lens not only captured the world—but helped millions see it in a new light.
Bryan passed away April 5, 2025 surrounded by loved ones, leaving behind a legacy that will continue to inspire generations of photographers, artists, and dreamers.
A world-renowned photographer, Bryan was celebrated for his vibrant, expressive work and his uncanny ability to turn the ordinary into the extraordinary. As the bestselling author of Understanding Exposure and numerous other photography books, he educated and inspired readers across the globe. His words and images ignited passion in countless aspiring photographers, many of whom credit Bryan with giving them their creative start.
As a gifted teacher and founder of the Bryan Peterson School of Photography, You Keep Shooting, and Bryan Peterson Photography Workshops – he generously shared his knowledge, patience, and creative vision with students from all walks of life. To learn from Bryan was to be challenged, encouraged, and ultimately transformed.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Bryan was a devoted father, a loyal friend, and a cherished business partner. His humor, warmth, and unmistakable energy lit up every room—and every conversation.
Bryan lived life through a lens of curiosity, creativity, and compassion. His presence was a gift, and his absence will be deeply felt.
He is survived by his son Justin and two daughters, Sophie and Chloe.
